Delete Your All Khata Account

How to request deletion

1. Inside the app Open Profile → Help & Support → Support Chat and send the message "Delete my account".
2. By email Email support@allkhata.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Send it from the same Google account email you signed in to All Khata with, and include your business name.

Before deleting anything we confirm the request came from the account owner — from that account's own Support Chat, or from its Google sign-in email address.

What we delete

• Your account — your Google sign-in link to All Khata and its user ID.
• Business data synced to our servers for Team Mode — your business, customers, ledger entries, inventory, orders, snooker and dine-in records, team members and invite codes.
• Your Business Directory listing, if you published one — business name, phone, address, location and products or menu.
• Support chat messages between you and us.
• Your subscription record and the devices registered to it.

What stays, and how to remove it

• Data kept only on your phone — All Khata works offline, so records you never synced live only on your device. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, to remove them.
• Cloud Backup files — these are saved in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. Delete them from your Drive.
• Google Play purchase records — kept by Google under Google's own policies.
• Analytics and crash reports — not linked to your account, and removed on each provider's own retention schedule.

We may keep a record only where the law requires it, for example a payment record. Anything kept that way is not used for anything else.

How long it takes

We complete verified requests within 30 days and reply to let you know it's done. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled while your account is active.
