Terms of Service

01 Agreement

These terms are between you and OneStep Solutions ("we", "us"), the developer of the All Khata mobile app. By installing or using All Khata, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

These terms are written to be read by the people who actually use the app — shopkeepers, restaurant and club owners — not only by lawyers.

02 What All Khata Is

All Khata is a record-keeping and billing tool for small businesses and personal use: ledger/udhaar, inventory, POS orders, table billing, reports, and personal finance.

It is a tool, not an accountant. It records and calculates from what you enter. We don't verify your entries, and All Khata is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. Before you rely on any figure for tax, a loan, or a legal matter, check it yourself or with a qualified professional.

03 Your Account and Your Data

Most of All Khata works with no account at all — your data lives on your own device. An account (Google Sign-In) is only needed for optional cloud features like Cloud Backup and Team Mode.

• You are responsible for keeping your device, your Google account and your App Lock PIN secure.
• You are responsible for what you enter — including other people's names, phone numbers and balances — and for having the right to record it.
• If you enable Team Mode, you're responsible for who you give employee access to and what they can see or change.

How data is stored and shared is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

04 Free Plan

The free plan lets you record a limited number of entries each month, on one device, with your data stored locally. It's free to use for as long as you like. We may change what the free plan includes in future versions, but we won't delete data you've already recorded because of such a change.

05 Premium Subscription

Premium unlocks unlimited entries, Cloud Backup, Team Mode, Business Directory and full reports. It's offered on a monthly, 3-month or yearly basis; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

• Billing goes through Google Play. Your subscription is charged to your Google Play account, not to us directly.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel any time from the Play Store (Subscriptions), and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for runs out.
• If a payment fails or the subscription lapses, the account returns to the free plan. Your recorded data is not deleted — free-plan limits simply apply again to new entries.

We may change Premium pricing in future. Any change applies to renewals after we've told you, never retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

06 Refunds

Because purchases are processed by Google Play, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play, not through us. If something went wrong on our side, contact us anyway — we'll help where we reasonably can.

07 Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• Use All Khata for anything illegal, or to record or pursue debts unlawfully.
• Publish false, misleading or offensive information to Business Directory, or list a business that isn't yours.
• Try to break, decompile, or work around the app's limits or subscription checks.
• Abuse Help & Support chat, or use it to send spam or harassment.

We may remove a Business Directory listing, or stop providing the service to someone, if these rules are broken.

08 Business Directory

Business Directory is entirely optional. Nothing about your business appears publicly unless you tap "Publish" yourself. Once published, the listing's business name, category, contact details, photo and approximate location are visible to other All Khata users. You can unpublish it at any time.

09 Availability, Backups and Liability

We work to keep All Khata reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available — phones, operating systems and third-party services (Google, Supabase) all change and sometimes fail.

Please keep Cloud Backup turned on, or take manual backups. Data lost because a device was lost, damaged, reset, or because the app was uninstalled without a backup cannot be recovered by us.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from using (or being unable to use) All Khata. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10 Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Effective" date above and, where it matters, tell you inside the app. Continuing to use All Khata after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
